The Leadership and Management graduate certificate prepares participants to serve as responsible leaders in public, private and, nonprofit organizations. A stackable certificate is a certificate that builds on itself as additional certificates or programs are added towards a degree. In other words, a set of building blocks in your educational path.
The Leadership and Management graduate certificate is one of two certificate programs that will provide a stackable certificate pathway to obtaining an MBA. This certificate provides a professionally useful stand-alone credential in leadership and management - which provides a ubiquitously needed skillset across organizations. This certificate can be supplemented by the Financial Management certificate, after which students who choose to complete an MBA degree can undertake a set of remaining requirements to complete the MBA degree.
