His presentation explored the phases and decisions that MTEs face, particularly in the middle and late stages of their careers, using the Push-Pull-Moor (PPM) Model as a framework.

Elizabeth “Lisa” Testa is an associate professor in the School of Teaching, Learning, and Curriculum Studies at Kent State University.
